ITT Corporation Executive Director, Sales and Services LAR in Chile, Chile

Job Description:

We seek an Executive Director, Sales and Services to lead the ITT, Goulds Pumps, Latin America sales and service organizations. This position will ideally be physically located in Latin America.

Responsibilities include:

-Responsibility for Goulds Pump Sales and Pro Service Operations in Latin America, consistent with the business goals and objectives for the Industrial Process (IP) value center of ITT.

  • Pro Service operations profitability in the LAR region for repair, upgrade and ProCast business; Latin America Pro Service and Packaging Operations including five facilities in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Columbia and Venezuela.

  • Sales; meet or exceed the orders plan by country and in total for LAR.

  • Ensure LAR sales team is actively promoting and sell M&C and Procast products as well as OE equipment.

  • Establish long-term direction and strategy for Pumps, Monitoring & Controls, PRO Services and the Sales Organization to grow business in each country and increase market share accordingly.

  • Lead and motivate the LAR Sales Organization, Pro Service Operations to improve important commercial excellence processes and performance.

  • Implement strategies towards achieving market dominance and continuously improving customer satisfaction.

  • Implement channel development strategies to optimize service and coverage of accounts to increase orders.

  • Develop budgets and control processes commensurate to attainment of objectives.

  • Communicate effectively up, down and across the organization.

  • Develop relationships with key customers at all levels to drive orders.

  • Meet sales objectives consistent with corporate goals, objectives and policies.

Skills and Experience:


10-15 yrs. Industry experience specifically managing a sales organization selling capital products to Engineered Contractors in the HPI/API/Petrochemical and Power/Utility, Industrial Water and Waste Water Markets.

  • Fluently bi-lingual English Spanish

  • International Travel Required
