ITT is looking for an experienced, innovative and strategic HR Operations Analyst to work with a dynamic team to drive process optimization and support improving overall HR Service Delivery. The HR Operations Analyst is a key member of the Operations team and will work in an ever-changing environment on a path toward continuous improvement and the support of effective and efficient HR Service Delivery. The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations associated with HR processes, drive change management and employ the use of metrics to determine future improvements.

ITT operates through three Value Centers:
Industrial Process designs and manufactures pumps, valves, monitoring and control systems, water treatment and aftermarket services for the chemical, oil and gas, mining and other industrial process markets, as well as global service capabilities;
Motion Technologies designs and manufactures brake pads, shock absorbers and sealing solutions for the automotive and rail markets;
Connect and Control Technologies designs and manufactures harsh-environment connectors and critical energy absorption and flow control components primarily for the aerospace, defense and industrial markets.
Essential functions for the role:
§ Responsible for the HR tools supporting HR Service Delivery across the organization.
Administrator of the HR Portal: oversee design, content, vendor management, messaging and training.
Focus on continuous improvement on the evolving journey of manager and employee direct access, with an emphasis on change management.
Develop metrics and analyze data to determine future enhancements.
§ Administrative program owner of several specific platforms affecting HR Operations across the organization. Partner with the overall Process Owner on various programs, i.e., Global Service Award Program, Global Exit Survey tool and others.
§ Lead specific HR Operations projects across the organization with a focus on lean optimization. Projects will vary in area and scope, i.e., updating our guiding principles, enhanced use of Workday technology, review of end-to-end processes, lean workflow, documentation, etc.
§ Monitor status and provide updates of HR Operations projects
§ As needed, provide project management organizational skills to other areas of HR. This could include situations such as initial project set-up, leading large projects, crisis alignment on an existing project.

Skills and Experience:
§ Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent plus 3-5 years HR experience.
§ Ability to see the overall HR vision (the big picture) and conduct end-to-end reviews on program/global level. International experience a plus.
§ Ability to lead HR projects/programs.
§ Ability to work on multiple teams/projects and manage competing priorities.
§ Ability to make decisions and work independently, while also being a strong team member.
§ Demonstrated experience with project management and change management skills.
§ Must be flexible and able to deal with change.
§ Knowledge of Workday and/or Visio a plus.
§ Communication skills required to work with various teams and levels within the organization. Will be required to make decisions, submit recommendations, lead meetings and conduct presentations.
